Justin joined P4 Solar in 2023 as a Project Manager and has since stepped into the role of Operations Manager. He oversees the entire customer journey, ensuring every installation runs smoothly and that our customers are 100% satisfied. Justin’s previous roles have all been customer-focused, with key strengths in building relationships and creating strong partnerships with both customers and suppliers.

Outside of work, Justin is a proud father of two daughters. He spends his time either with his family, catching up with friends, or coaching the U11 girls’ football team at Ilkley Town.
